YOU KNOW YOU JUST CAME OUT OF BIKRAM TEACHER TRAINING IF:

1. Your mind actually thinks that “Eventuallyorinthefuture” is one single word in the dictionary.

2. Your first instinct when you see a homeless person talking to himself on the streets is to say “Do you want me to do the posture for you”.

3. Other people on the street think you are a crazy homeless talking to yourself while you are say… “…everything is parallel to the floor….” (getting ready for the first class). 

4. You walk around town with a 3-liter water bottle because you think you NEED that much water every few hours to survive.

5. You finish every question with a “yes or no?”

6. The first word that comes to mind when you encounter stupid people is “dumbfuck”.

7. You ask every person sitting next to you if they brought any SNACKS to share.

8. Nobody around you is laughing at your yoga jokes.

9. You constantly have the feeling that you are wearing too many clothes.

10. Wearing high heels for a few minutes feels MUCH WORSE than 10 hours spent inside Bikram´s Torture Chamber.

11. You can immediately fall asleep in any kind of surface available (chair, carpet, floor,) always fearing the dreadful sound of the words “WAKE HER/HIM UP”!!!

12. “YOU ARE FEELING LOOOOOONELY”!!!!!!!! even though you are back with your loved ones.…..
13. You see someone wearing green and are concerned about them
14. If when you met someone you say: “Hi, my name is ______...I am your yoga teacher.”
15. If you cant hear your friends well, you send them to the back of the room, asking them to project
16. If at your home studio, when your students ask you stupid questions, you want to say "use your inteligency"
17. When someone asks you when...you say eventually or in the future...
18. If you bring pillows and blankets everywhere you go... you know, in case it might be a late night!
19. If you wake up abruptly at 8:20am worried you wont make it to class in time to sign in.
20. You tell people to “ask you why?” when you want to give an explanation.
